Wedding day timeline sheet in XLSX format, built for the moment hair and makeup runs twenty minutes long.
On a printable timeline that means re-writing the whole page, usually at midnight the week of the wedding. This one re-times itself: every event starts when the one above it ends, so you change one duration and everything downstream moves. You type in one tab and never type a start or end time at all.
And the question you actually care about has a live answer at the top of the sheet: does the ceremony still start on time? The drift box tells you in plain minutes — “on time”, “18 min late”. Change the photo block from 45 minutes to 30 and watch it fix itself.
