Purchases and refunds
How Lark Paper downloads, support and 30-day refund requests work.
Lark Paper products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Checkout, receipts and file delivery are handled by the store shown on the buy button: Etsy or Gumroad.
After purchase, use the download link on the confirmation page, in the receipt email or in the account library/purchases page for that store. If an app does not show a download button, open the order in a web browser.
If the product is not right for you, contact us or request a refund through the original store within 30 days of purchase. Include the order number and product name. The terms offered with your purchase continue to apply, including any stated 30-day refund promise. The store provides the order and refund process; these instructions do not reduce the terms offered to an existing buyer. The files are for the buyer’s own personal or business use. Do not resell or redistribute the downloaded files.
